Cavanaugh's Restaurant, Philadelphia

Cavanaugh's Restaurant - The neutral ground between upper crust University of Pennsylvania and the more middle class Drexel University, Cavanaugh's is a straight up college bar despite its surprisingly good food. On weekends the roof literally blows off the place when beer specials, live bands, and horny co-eds mix together like that chemistry experiment gone wonderfully wrong. The atmosphere is always frat party, and as the name would imply, it's always St. Patrick’s Day. Not recommended for those over 20, unless one of the schools is hosting an alumni weekend.
