One Sixtyblue - A few cobalt blue candle holders and ashtrays are the only traces of this restaurant/bar's surname, while the lounge features a jewel-toned palette and the spacious dining area is spiked with yellow walls and large black fixtures. An open kitchen allows guests to watch as dishes like Flat Iron Steak and Crispy Duck Confit are prepared with American consistency and French flair. Two private dining areas are available, seating 14 or 40, where a business meeting before dinner could easily be held without the typical board room boredom. If the 400+ wines available by the bottle and views of the Sears Tower aren't impressive enough, be entertained in the fact that Michael Jordan is one of One Sixtyblue's not-so-silent partners.
