Water Taxi Beach - Water Taxi Beach is a public/private partnership run by New York Water Taxi. With one exception (July 4th), the beach is open to the public without any door charge or any fee. You're welcome to bring your own water, although they don't allow coolers, outside food or drink. Glass containers are not allowed on the beach for any reason.
