Psycho Suzi’s Motor Lounge - Taking a cue from the sex, drugs, and pizza pies theme of Pizza Luce, Psycho Suzi’s is “trashy, but tasty.” The patio is the best in town, but arrive early for any chance at a table during the summer. The appetizer menu is diverse and the rum-based drinks are strong, so come with a group order of a few rounds as it’s a good place to sit for the entire night. Housed in what used to be an A&W drive-in, the bad-ass attitude of Psycho Suzi’s is just as plastic as anything in Minneapolis—essentially, it’s just taking the Uptown glitterati and transplanting them northeast. But all of the shtick isn’t why it’s fun; it’s great because of the space, the food, and the drink. Feel free to be a glutton here, but be careful as it can result in a hefty tab.
