Temperance Hall - On the leading edge of gentrification, Temperance Hall is one of the first bars to venture into Northwest’s Petworth neighborhood. Despite its remote location, there are already enough twenty-somethings in the neighborhood to fill the bar on weekends, but because it is still relatively unknown, Temperance Hall captures an all-too-real feeling in D.C. – that of a genuine neighborhood establishment.
