Cloud 9 - Like the Blue Moon, Cloud 9 is an incredible restaurant during the day. At night, the tables are kicked to the curb and the place becomes a hip beach club. The back of the club has an intimate dance floor, with most of the guests gathered around it or the small outdoor area. Smoking indoor is a big no-no in Delaware, so the patio space is always jumping. The crowd is mostly gay, and extremely good-looking gay at that – but generally heavily intoxicated and without pretensions. The service can get overwhelmed, and there is often a line at the door – so go early and plan on staying till 2.
