Fetch - The crowd at Fetch is a stable lot of neighborhood regulars, people of mixed ages and backgrounds who come for an early dinner or after work drink provided by a friendly and casual service staff. There’s a lot of heart and a big, dopey smile at this Upper East Side bar and grill where workers seem happy and patrons can choose from a variety of select niche beers on tap at moderate prices. The décor is like any bar and grill with televisions playing sports in front of green painted walls with wood trimmings. The exception here is the hundreds of framed snapshots people have submitted of their dogs, which adorn the walls up to the ceiling. Fetch is possibly the only place in the city where a person can have a pint of lager ($2.50 during happy hour) and also adopt a pet from a nearby rescue shelter. Now, can we get a collective "Awwwwwww"?
