Blue Point - If you happen to be in Midtown and find yourself in need of a drink., Blue point is an alright place to go. Its real attraction is actually its brunch menu, which offers a fine selection of tradition French cuisine at a reasonable price. Particularly noteworthy are the crepes, which you may have to wait for if the place is packed but you’ll probably miss the frenzied attitude of the staff, as they don’t really have one. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and you can stick around into the evening and meet up with friends for drinks. The wine selection is eclectic and it seems that they put more thought into the wine list than to the menu. Other than that, Blue Point doesn't offer anything vastly different from so many similar places.
