In the midst of Koreatown’s bustling streets, Me’ bar is hidden atop the 14th floor of La Quinta. A shame, because its white picket-fenced outdoor veranda provides an up close and personal view of the Empire State Building. The indoor space doesn't disappoint either with skylights providing a glimpse of the city outside with none of the noise and hassle.  Depending on the night (rain/shine), either bare it all and enjoy the view or take cover under the awning. Since it's in one of the more exclusive hotels on the West Side, consider heading here for the afterwork and networking scene. Or, better yet, as a prelude to some late-night karaoke and BBQ.
