Stanton Social, The - Formerly known as the Barrio duplex, The Stanton Social is a mecca for well heeled hipster hotties and their sucker boyfriends who are paying for dinner. Admittedly, the French onion soup dumplings are amazing, but the staff is cattier than Paris Hilton. The wannabe fashionista space is deceiving - it alters your perception with long staircases, making it appear larger than its 120 seating capacity. Still, the minimal décor that is more stark than slick has a memorable quality, and the Black Magic cocktail could easily make any evening fun. The neighborhood is rocking, and this sexy lounge/ bar makes for a social evening… even if it is overpriced.
