Level 3 - Located on the third floor of the Hollywood and Highland complex, this is the joint for kids younger than 21 who want to get their groove on to some serious dance music. Anyone over 21 on the small, often packed dance floor will feel outnumbered at best, ancient at worse. The spacious stage area has two stripper poles, for anyone wanting to show off their skills. The VIP area, with its sheer white curtains and simple, sleek furniture, stood out as an oasis in this club crowded with dancers pumped on thumping beats. Level 3 hosts Kiss FM’s live DJ dance party on Saturdays.

I see there's a lot of hatred for this place on here...
While I admit that it is nowhere near the level of 21+ clubs, for an 18+ club I think the atmosphere is great. All 18+ clubs tend to lack in terms of quality, but the djs and the gogos at Level 3 on Friday & Saturday nights are good! The cover fee is a bit on the pricey side but since the club is 18+ and not 21+ they have to make up for the lack of alcohol sales. This is a fun place to just dance and have a good time with friends!

What a craptastic place!
I have now gone here 3 times, after the first time I should not have gone back but b/c there are such limited options for us who are 8 months away from being 21, I have gone here a few times. The bouncers are assholes, the B*!(# at the front of the line who take your money are too busy texting to do there damn jobs. The pricing is discriminatory, and they treat you like s#*! if you are not paying with cash. In addition to that, it was like 20 min from closing and i went to go get water, and they are charging a buck for not a bottle, but a plastic cup and tap water. With that, the music is usually pretty good for a tiny bit, and then goes to being random and s#*! . Overall if you are over 21, dont waste your time, if your under 21, go to canada or mexico, or fight for rights and try getting the laws changed.
