Red Circle - Sure it's supposed to be a Russian themed bar, but the last thing the 20 to 30-something scene notices is the decor. They are here for the drinks, the dancing, and the seen and be seen scene. While drinks are not cheap, the atmosphere makes them and the cover, worth paying for.
