ONE OF THE BEST
With very few taverns with great food left, Legends stands out. Very clean, large dining room away from the bar, and the food is great but not overpriced. Best frendly staff I have seen. I travel all over the state and when in the Elmira area I always hit Ledgends for lunch or dinner. Great fishfrys. I never leave reviews but after reading the two below, I had to set the record right. Stop in, You will not be disapointed.

watch out
I went in legends the other day ordered, sa t there and waited ....my total bill was 12.48.....thats all I signed it for...gosh darn and sat in there and waited for it...., checked my web banking and the B*!(# must have written in a 3.00 tip becuase the charge was 15.48...pretty freaking sneaky...i will never go there again
