A dive!
The Clover Club in Redding draws a pretty dodgy crowd. I don't feel safe, walking by there. I mostly try not to walk by there or even look in the direction of the Clover Club when I go to the Cascade Theatre. I hear so many bad stories about it and things in the news. It seems so out of place for a nice theatre and restaurant district.
