Runco's Tavern & Grill, Northern PA

well i have been a patron of runcos for many years. there is always enterainment on the weekend. all the bartenders have been more than nice. they always make you feel like youve known htem forever. the wings and bites are awesome. i was never served a dirty glass and as for plastic cups alot of people prefer plastic cups. and as for smoking 75% of bars are smoking. you cant tell people not to smoke its not illegal and the bar is clearly not doing anything wrong by letting people smoke..( and i dont smoke) and there has never been a fight when i was there..

The service was extremely slow! The bar was at half capacity and they ran out of clean mugs. The bartender actually grabbed a glass of the counter rinsed under the tap and preceded to self me with the glass! I said noway! He then told me to wait because the owner just went to purchase plastic cups - wow! The end of the evening the bartender was expecting a tip and I responded maybe next time.

that is not how it is there......and as for the smoking, just because YOU think they 'shouldn't' allow smoking, doesn't mean you are right. alot of their clientele smokes and the law is, if you serve 20% or less in food sales, smoking is permitted in bars in PA. so, if you don't like it, YOU stay away!
