Lyzzard's
They don't care about the way you dress in the afternoon, but after 7, yes it's a good idea to dress great there.

I haven't been there since last year but I like it. I should go again soon, maybe tonight (?).

It's boring at times, but it's a lot of fun after 7-8pm and when there is a band playing there...

On a scale to 1-10, I'd give it an 8.
