I don't know what davo is talking about. I'm not in a fraternity, i've never been rejected for dress code and don't know anyone who has been. Just look presentable and you will be fine. It was known as a notorious freshman and underage bar. Now there are always cops outside and the door men are douches, always rejecting people for fake ID's.

Bourbon Street is one of the VERY few bars with a "dress code" that apparently only applies to males. If you don't look like you're in a fraternity, you won't get in. Go elsewhere, there are plenty of other options. That is, unless you like these kinds of places...
