old timer
A great small town bar. It seems everyone in town is related. A new guy would be someone who had lived in this town for less than 25 years. No pretence here! Cheap drinks, food, i.e. cheeseburger, chips, pickle, and two beers were $4.50. What a deal!

one dollar beer
My brother and I stopped in while we were back in southern Iowa for the weekend. I ordered a beer and it was only $1! I love Iowa.
