I have been to Mahoney's three times and it has potential. There may be a live small time band playing, this can be looked at as a positive or a negative depending on who is considering it. Mahoney's is in a nasty part of town and in turn you get a lot of the local scumb. When it is mostly people form Coe it is good, otherwise it is a dump that has some potential.
