This week is a tough one. Shall I go out to the Hamptons and chill for the weekend now that the crowds are gone and the is traffic non-existent or should I stay and watch the models strut their stuff in a thrilling fashion show followed by an incredible after-party somewhere? Decisions, decisions. I think I’ll start off with the fashion week fuss, take a break on Saturday and go out to the Hamptons, then resume my fashion week festivities on Monday. I’m a fan of the Gaga-like designers. All the other stuff (normal clothes) bore the hell out of me. But you knew that of course, only a hot cape or garment with a peace sign on it gets ME excited. And, I will be wearing one of my spectacular custom-made creations in the front row at a Trump Tower fashion show, sitting next to a real Russian Princess for a Planet PR organized event. I don’t know what’s going to be more fun, meeting the Princess or seeing the most stunning women in the world strut down the runway to my new hit single “Live For Today.” Another tough one.

And the answer is a resounding… Capri!  Having just returned from the most beautiful spot in the world, (so beautiful I took off last week and didn’t blog), I must tell you that the Island of Capri off the coast of Italy is breathtakingly beautiful. Stunning views of the cliffs, water and yachts from the most exclusive hotels and restaurants in the world make you feel like you’re in paradise. If you want to go on a honeymoon without having to get married per se, go there and your love will only intensify surrounded by the sites. And, shopping? It’s a good thing I’m not a girl. Because, I would have spent my whole inheritance on shoes. Ciao.

What a great idea; a rave on an Indian reservation in August in the Hamptons. Why didn’t “I” think of that! What a great break from the polo, pool parties and pretentiousness the Hamptons are famous for. Art installations from Burning Man, participants in wild costumes, outrageous makeup, and exotic foods like bison and deer meat (I passed on the latter out of deference to Rudolph). Great rock groups, great house DJs, and plenty of room to dance. No door hassle, no red ropes and no bottle service. Just arts, crafts and lovers of music. Next year I’m sleeping in one of the teepees and wearing a whole Indian chief’s headdress. My date will only be wearing strategically placed feathers. You don’t want to miss seeing that!

If there was ever any doubt (after throwing dozens of parties at the Castle for the last 13 years in the Hamptons), as to who the World Champion of Party Throwers is, that doubt has been put to rest after this summer 2011 Hamptons Season. First came the red, white and blue 4th of July Barbeque for the Alexander twin brothers. That was the jab that set up the knock out punch – the Medieval Madness Costume Party to Celebrate Mina’s birthday and the birth of “Dragon Goddess,” the sculpture Mina modeled for that sits in the center of the Castle pool. Guests didn’t know what hit ‘em. I proved whether it’s a day party or a night party, my party is the best “pound for pound” or should I say “round after round” party on Earth. Think I’m being too brash? Don’t take my word for it. Ask Mike Tyson. He’s been a guest at the Castle and had the time of his life.

This past Sunday I got to experience two great thrills. I got to speed in a racecar around a private racetrack that looked and felt just like the professional racetracks you see on TV (think Indy 500), and I got to speed in a racing-boat around a private lake that looked and felt like the professional water race-courses you see on TV, (think cigarette boat racing). Both racing vehicles and both courses belong to my brother Alan who created WIZIG RACING MANOR, a farm/lake/racetrack and country estate in Hudson New York, just off the Hudson River. Because he owns close to 300 acres up there, neither the engines from the car nor the boat, disturb anyone for miles around, and his own peace and tranquility are restored the minute he turns off a vehicle’s engine.

While playing “Speed Racer” was exciting for the day, “Girl Chaser” is more my way. For me, the thrill of a fast woman is more exciting than the thrill of a fast car.  I guess when you’re married with kids your thrills change. However, I just enjoy revving up new girls more than revving up new engines. Maybe it’s a little less macho, but it’s a lot less noisy!
