Still crazy fun after all these years, The Delano Hotel (especially on Tuesday nights), remains a centerpiece of South Beach action. You actually have to get past a red velvet rope just to enter the lobby. The ultra modern, cutting edge beauty of architect Philippe Starck’s white on white lobby and rooms is still apparent. The gigantic lamps, mirrors, couches, and chairs still give the place an Alice in Wonderland feel.

But what makes The Delano truly great on Tuesdays is the bigger than life promoter Tommy Pooch, who energizes the hotel with an eclectic group of party animals, including famous models, musicians, and artists. It’s a good thing that, like the Delano, he’s still crazy fun after all these years. Since the very beginning of the South Beach scene, Tommy has ruled the nightlife arena. Certainly when it comes to the legendary Delano, Tommy Pooch is the guy to know!

While some enjoy the camaraderie of a group of their best buddies, hanging with them at all times, I prefer the company of a pack of gorgeous blonde bombshells following me around. Call me strange! My second “Groove Cruise” – a rave at sea that goes from Miami Beach to the Bahamas – was enhanced by a sexy and exciting “blondetourage” (a bunch of blonde beauties that were there making sure I was happy at all times).

My blonde harem made me feel like the luckiest man on Earth. It redefined the meaning of pleasure. One girl (a brunette) seeing that blondes really do have more fun, was compelled to join the party. We gave her an honorary “blondetourage” membership, but she understood that she would have to bleach her hair blonde to become a permanent member. My role model, Hugh Hefner would have been proud!

Because the answer to all these questions is Tantra, you can bet your life it’s Monday. For more than 10 years, only one club in Miami Beach has owned Monday night. Hosted by owner, Irina, Tantra’s Monday night party is the longest running weekly party in Miami Beach (maybe the world).  No one can resist Irina, the gorgeous blonde Russian bombshell owner, who has as much energy and sex appeal as any of her super sexy dancers.

Dressed to kill, the perfectly shaped, half-naked dancers perform on small stages right before your eyes. The sight is as addictive as heroin (strip clubs have been applying this formula for years). Combine the food, energy, girls, and DJ Louie D, and you have a formula like none other.

The exciting combination of the girls' nonstop dancing and the guys' excessive drooling leaves everyone wanting more. Help! I’m suffering withdrawal. Can’t wait until next Monday!

Fifteen hundred degrees Fahrenheit is the only thing separating you from the perfect steak dinner. Why you ask? Because food trivia lovers know that’s the perfect temperature for cooking meat. That’s the exact temperature that retains the natural juices and flavor, while melting away just the right amount of fat.

So, I was thrilled to death last week for my birthday celebration when my mom, brother, and a few friends decided to take me to 1500°, Seth Greenberg’s new restaurant in the legendary and newly renovated Eden Roc Hotel.

Eden Rock, The Doral and the Fontainebleau, were the three most famous hotels in Miami Beach in the 50’s. The legendary Rat Pack, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., Joey Bishop and Peter Lawford, was known to hang out at each.

Living up to its legendary location, 1500° not only served us the finest steaks I’ve ever eaten, but also amazing salads, shrimp and lobster.  Seth, the owner, personally came over to the table to see that my birthday dinner was superb. Even more impressive was the fact that the entire restaurant staff came over to ensure that my birthday meal was fit for a king.  After all, Party Kings have to eat too - don’t they?

On New Year's Eve in Miami Beach, starting at 9:30 p.m. Friday and ending at 5 a.m. Saturday, I hopped from party to party all night long into the morning. Five parties altogether - not a bad pace for a guy celebrating his 55 birthday on January 6th.  The club kid in me refuses to die.

I started my evening at Dr. Lenny Hochstein’s Sunset Island mansion. He's largely responsible for turning South Beach into the sex capital of the East Coast (his specialty is boob jobs). The place was packed with busty babes and everyone male and female was dressed to kill. The gorgeous Mediterranean mansion, complete with yacht docked out back, could have been a location in a James Bond movie. Next, I moved on to Lance “Krieger watch” Burstyn’s huge waterfront property and strolled the grounds for some people watching (OK, I lied, I mean girl watching). Then I headed to SET, the spectacular nightclub on Lincoln Road, to hear DJ Chico Secci spin (one of the best DJs on the beach). The waitresses alone are enough of a reason to make this club a must stop (the outfits are very skimpy).

From there, I got invited to the penthouse of the Fontainebleau Hotel where I partied with the Chetrit boys. Coming from a real estate family they know a thing or two about locations. The huge palatial space came with an enormous terrace and outdoor jacuzzi filled with girls wearing itsy, bitsy teeny weenie yellow polka dot bikinis.

Last stop was LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel where I found two thousand people dancing their asses off to the sounds of DJ Kaskade! This was the icing on my New Year's Eve cake. There's just nothing like a non-stop party hop! The question is… will I hit six parties when I’m 66?
