I AM A PROMOTER

Are you a promoter / performer who wants to expand your fan base by getting a 2,500,000-strong community of influential trend-setters to join your scene?

We’ve got the active network to reach your goals and it’s FREE. Become a Clubplanet.com member and promote your Events and Name brand to the Clubplanet.com community of trend-setting party-goers. Here’s how it works.
  1. First, create your FREE Basic Promoter Profile page. This allows you to communicate your style, genre of music, venue type, and, more importantly, the type of crowd you want at your events.
  2. Second, using Clubplanet.com’s FREE Promoter tools, create and market your Events to the whole community, as well as members who have chosen to Join Your Scene because they like your Events and want to know when the next one is scheduled.
    • Tools to Build Your Community - Develop and expand your fan base. Most party-goers don’t care as much for the Venues as they do about the Promoters. Party-goers know that, in most cases, what makes an Event hot is not so much the Venue but the Promoter and the people that s/he invites to the Events. This means that party-goers will choose to Join Your Scene if your Events are hot.
      1. Start / import your group Scene Members.
      2. Manage your Scene Members.
      3. Create sub-groups to target specific Scene Members.
      4. Manage email lists.
      5. Send event invitations and email alerts to your Scene Members.
      6. Benefit from word-of-mouth promotion (members will invite their friends to Join Your Scene).
    • Tools to Post Your Events (FREE) to all members on the Regular Events Section.
      1. Parties, DJs, galleries, nightclubs, concerts, tours, afterhours, celebrity appearances, movie premieres… add them all
      2. Upload your flyers, videos, photos, and event information.
      3. List as many Events as you want.
      4. Manage your guest lists for each Event.
      5. Send Event Invitations to all members who Join Your Scene.
    • Tools to Sell Tickets - Clubplanet.com offers a complete ticketing system (print tickets, ship tickets, mobile tickets, will-call)
  3. Upgrade Your Basic Promoter Profile Page – You have the option of making your Profile page stand out from all the other Basic Promoter pages. When you upgrade your page, you can personalize (read: pimp) your Promoter page and gain more credibility. Upgraded Profile pages get more people to subscribe to the Scene and Guest lists. Upgraded pages include a Top Header Image (940x210 pixels), Promoter Logo (165x50 pixels), Customized Wallpaper, and, most importantly, no competitive ads.
  4. Promote Your Promoter Profile on the Homepage – Use our Promote Options to gain further exposure to our members. This is especially useful for Promoters who are getting started and want to gain exposure alongside some of the other big Promoters in each city. Once you opt to become Featured on the Homepage, we will list your Profile page in the Featured Promoters section on the Homepage and throughout all the channels, giving you instant exposure to millions of members.
  5. Promote Your Events on the Homepage – Use our Promote Options to promote your Event on the Homepage. This is especially useful for Promoters who are trying to get maximum exposure for their Events. Once you Feature your Event on the Homepage, we will list your Event in the Featured Events section on the Homepage and throughout all the channels, giving you instant access to millions of members.
  6. You can Bump Up your Profile Page and your Events above your competition’s listings and claim the top spot in your market. This will guarantee instant credibility and maximum exposure.
