Cocktail Hour: Hot Apple Jerry

The last thing anyone wants to do during the middle of unbearable winter is step outside of their cozy homes, but any true night owl isn’t afraid to defy Mother Nature’s wrath, especially when there’s a tantalizing new cocktail to savor. Bone chilling winds and menacing snow storms could easily tempt patrons to stay indoors, but whether you’re hosting a get-together at home or visiting your beloved watering hole, make sure piping hot punch is around to heat things up. Steamy spiked drinks are perfect for the chilly season and little effort is required to create a lip smacking batch. One punch you’ll want to make nearly every weekend is Hot Apple Jerry, which captures the soothing flavors of the season. The Hot Apple Jerry features smooth Sailor Jerry rum, as well as crisp apple cider, juicy oranges, and other spices for a hint of sweetness meets zest. The result is a wonderfully inviting cocktail that’s ideal for both rum connoisseurs and novices alike. Raise a mug to this delicious and simple treat. You just might fall in love with winter - blizzards and all.
