Cocktail Hour: Crisp-Tini

It’s a shame that most patrons stay away from cocktails that feature soda, a childhood beverage that can actually make grown up drinks more fun. Truthfully, too much of the fizzy stuff can overpower alcohol or add unnecessary calories, but the right amount can actually enhance the coolness of a brisk recipe that’s meant to keep you refreshed on the steamy hot dance floor. As its name implies, the Crisp-Tini does just that, all thanks to CASCAL Crisp White, a more sophisticated natural soda with light, floral notes that’s reminiscent of an icy white wine spritzer.  The Crisp-Tini also has tangy melon liquor, citrus-infused rum, as well as freshly squeezed lemon juice. A Crisp-Tini can compliment sun soaked days at the beach, but when it comes to breaking a sweat at a nightclub, this is what you’ll need to keep the heat at bay. Fancy soda? We’ll drink to that.

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Bacardi Limon
1 Can of CASCAL Crisp White
1 oz. Lemon juice
