Quite possibly the most recognizable
face helmet in the electronic dance music world,
Deadmau5, and the pint-sized reality star most recognized for her drunken antics,
Snooki, went at it via their respective Twitter accounts. After the
Jersey Shore's Snooki tweeted that she would be tuning into MTV's new movie
DISconnected - which delves into the consequences of living online - because she hates "digital drama & abuse," Deadmau5 just couldn't resist, firing back with, "okaaayyy….strange twist of events here… Isn't your entire career owed to getting punched in the head on TV?" Ouch.
Although the statement has plenty of truth behind it, what probably hurts even more than the Tweet and slug to the head she took, is that she's a Deadmau5 fan. Snooki later tweeted back at the DJ-producer, "yeah it sucked? Since when are you a hater? Idc what you say, ill always love your music." He didn't fire back at that one, but he did Tweet that he was feeling a little uneasy (could be a result of the
six consecutive shows he played at
Roseland Ballroom): "i haven't slept in over 30 hours… delirium kicking in a little… i walked by a floating back of chips and i thought it was a pigeon."
