NYC Burlesque Festival Announces Official Line-Up

If you think burlesque is all about Cher and Christina Aguilera then you’ve been living under a rock for far too long.

The decadent art of striptease has ruled supreme in venues throughout the country and continues to draw crowds in New York City alone, the birthplace of the neo-burlesque movement during the ‘90s. While you can witness living pinups bumping and grinding as they proudly show off glittering pasties nearly every night, the annual New York Burlesque Festival never fails in presenting a sextravaganza that simply cannot be missed. The festival, which honors the top performers throughout the country, kicks off once again at The Bell House in Brooklyn on Thursday, September 29th at 8PM. The star-studded events lead to the grand Golden Pastie Awards on Sunday, October 2nd at Manhattan’s Highline Ballroom.

Want to shake your tail feather right along with the hottest ladies and gents of tease? Then check out the official lineup for this year’s Ninth Annual New York Burlesque Festival. Don’t forget to take a sneak peak of what you can expect below.
