If you're a fan of electronic music then you've certainly been waiting for Electric Zoo to release their 2011 roster. The wait is finally over, as they've added the initial roster to their infamous electronic music festival. We all know that this year Tïesto, David Guetta, and Armin Van Buuren will be headlining the three-day event, but if that hasn't made you buy a ticket yet, the rest of the lineup certainly will. This year's festival is looking to outdo last year's sold-out event. Tickets for the event are available now, and VIP and Platinum Experience passes will feature express entry, VIP lounges, main stage viewing areas, AC bathrooms, admission to afterparties, and more!

Update 6/6/11: Dust Reduction Efforts
Last year, Randall's Island Park lawn was luxourious -- but after the dancing and and walking of 25,000 pairs of feet and the unusually dry summer the grass had been trampled and a lot of dirt was being kicked up in the air. As the weekend went on it became unpleasant for people to deal with, therefore expressing their concerns about this year. Well, not to worry because Electric Zoo has come up with an idea on how to reduce the dust.

Flooring will be used in all of the tents: Meaning, that where all the dancing is going on, the grass will be protected and dirt won't be kicked up.
Dirt service roads will be covered with flooring: As the crew travels in golf carts and other vehicles to get from place to place around the festival grounds there will be far less dirt stirred up.
Making use of existing pavement for high traffic areas, including the area directly in front of the main stage: The main stage will be moved back in order to create more space. This means that a large area directly in front of the main stage will now be situated on pavement rather than grass.
