Yet another successful Juicy Beach event took place yesterday at Nikki Beach Club with some of the most prominent names in electronic music taking the stage on one of the most beautiful days that South Beach has bestowed upon its visitors all week long. Robbie Rivera was once again prepared to deliver one of the best parties of the week, and he did just that. Packing one of the best lineups you can imagine, things started off on the right foot from an early point in the event, and they only got better.
It was business as usual for Juicy Beach during this year's 2011 Miami music week, as names like Joachim Garraud, Alex Gaudino, Tocadisco, Umek and of course Robbie Rivera, took to the booth to show off their impeccable DJ and track selection skills yesterday at Nikki Beach club. There were minimal changes to the party setup, other than the obvious addition of a giant clear canopy that hovered over the majority of the party. We're told it was more to keep the sound in and limit complaints by residents nearby.
As soon as we stepped into Nikki Beach Club early on, the mood was set as drinks were already flowing and the sound was on-point. It was another successful sold-out event for Robbie Rivera this year, even kicking up a line at noon, well before many expected there to be a wait. However, the staff at hand dealt with everyone graciously and limited the wait time for everyone.
Our picks for best sets include Tom Stephan, Oscar G., newcomer Pleasurekraft, and who better than Robbie Rivera (who knows his crowd better than everyone else). We're happy to see a great party like this continuing their trend, and we're already looking forward to next year!
