On Friday, October 29th, the ever popular Girls & Boys party will focus on the boys – Boys Noize, that is.
German DJ/producer, Alexander Ridha (better known as Boys Noize) has been making the hearts of electro-heads beat faster than an SR-16 since his first album, Oi! Oi! Oi! debuted on Kitsune Records in September 2007. As a forerunner in the disco-punk movement, Boys Noize is already considered a legend among many.
Boys Noize has also released music on other renowned electro labels such as DJ Hell’s International DJ Gigolos and Tiga’s Turbo Recordings label. Ever heard of 909d1sco or Kid Alex? They’re Ridha’s alter-egos. And even if you’re not the biggest electro fan, chances are Ridha’s music has still made its way into your life. “Let The Beat Rock” by The Black Eyed Peas featuring 50 Cent is produced by Ridha and his track “& Down” was used in Grand Theft Auto IV and sampled in Estelle’s “American Boy.”
Joining Boys Noize at Webster Hall will be Girls & Boys resident DJ’s Alex English and Rekles – two others who know how to keep a party going well into the night. Discount tickets are available in advance, as well as VIP party packages. You won’t want to miss this one, get tickets while you can!
