Keeping Up with The Kardashians is definitely one of the highest rated reality shows of today (and sadly that still falls behind the Jersey Shore). It's pretty fair to say that this show is what launched Kim Kardashian's career as a model and mega-socialite, but, when someone of her caliber needs to go somewhere to celebrate their birthday outside of their hometown in Los Angeles, where better than Sin City? This Friday night Kim Kardashian celebrates her birthday once again in this debaucherous town, only she's opting for a different club.

TAO hosts Kim Kardashian and company as they celebrate Kim's big 3-0. That's right people, she's no longer in her 20s so it's going to be interesting to see what kind of effect this has on her actions and career. Although we're sure her 21st was a big bash, we're pretty damn positive this one's going to outshine it.
