Whether we are tearing it up in the middle of a club at 2 a.m. or taking salsa lessons with a date between dinner and a night out, we here at Clubplanet are huge fans of all things dance-related. So, when we got word of the New York Dance Parade, which will take place in NYC this Saturday, we knew it was going to be right up our alley.

This Saturday, join thousands of dancers as they make their way down Broadway, celebrating over 70 diverse styles of dance including modern, contemporary, classical and international. The parade will begin at 1 p.m. at the corner of 21st and Broadway and will make its way all down to Tompkins Square Park for the festival which kicks off at 3 p.m. Here, there will be free dance performances, dance lessons and an all-out dance party… but the fun doesn’t stop there.

With the official 2010 Dance Passport, you’ll be able to keep the beat going well into the night at one of the official Dance Parade Afterparties! The Dance Passport grants you access to Webster Hall, Element, Alphabet Lounge, Katra, Leopard Lounge/Sin Sin and China 1 – some of the hippest, hottest and largest clubs in NYC (with some of the best dance floors, of course). For just $15, typically the cover charge to just one club, you’ll be able to stay in one spot, or party hop throughout the night – with the Dance Passport, you can do it all! Dance Passports are still available so don’t miss out on this wild, all-night, city-wide dance party.
