Typically we associate bowling with a mellow night, perhaps a pitcher or two of beer and some corny pop songs via loudspeaker. But throw a bowling alley rager stocked with three bands and DJ sets and you’ve got yourself a not-so-typical night out.
This Sunday night, Block Association presents Rock & Bowl: A Styled Out, Music Infused Bowling Mash Up. The party takes place at one of our favorite venues, Brooklyn Bowl, and will feature three bands (Game Rebellion, Malene and Man on Earth) as well as DJs (the Ahficionados and Soundproof Hybrid) to turn up the heat with some mixed up and mashed up sounds. There will also be a bowling competition, but if you suck at the sport (is it even a sport?) like we do, you can always spark up a challenge on the dance floor.
