In February we let readers know about a new pop-up cocktail series in Los Angeles called Nights with Neve and finally it’s back for round 2. Tonight from 7 to 10 p.m. Osteria La Buca hosts fancy Neve ice founder Michael Dozois and guest bartender Steve Livigni of La Descarga for this fun evening of cocktails and cuisine.
Michael and Steve have created two cocktails each for the evening inspired by the “Italian Gypsy culture” theme of Osteria La Buca. For us the standout cocktail is one of Michel’s and is a mixture of Carpano Antica, whiskey, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg whites. But I’m a sucker for any cocktail with egg whites in it. Either way tickets for tonight are $30, include the four cocktails, live music and food and are very limited so grab them before it’s too late to know what the egg white cocktail tastes like. The horror!
