A couple of weeks ago we mentioned that after Winter Music Conference things usually die down a little in Miami. But at the same time some promoters take advantage of this time by producing new weekly parties that get the Miami crowd interested once again. Biz Martinez, better known for his Sunday night Sundance at SET weekly party (that’s arguably the best in the city), is one of these said promoters, and he’s just unleashed a new weekly party at a South Beach hotspot that looks to be the new talk of the town. Biz usually delivers on his parties, so we hope this’ll turn out to be another homerun for him.
This Thursday night Louis, Biz Martinez and Kristine Hall present "The Sub Pop Collective," a new hybrid of a party that will play on the theme of “A Dance Society for Organized Chaos.” We feel that they have some tricks up their sleeve for this party, and based on how well Sundance is run and how consistent their crowd is, we expect good things from this party. Thursday night in Miami needed a bit of a boost and this will definitely provide that.
