If you're not familiar with Sharam, you may know him as one half of Deep Dish or for his remake of Eddie Murphy's “Party All The Time” which he shortened to P.A.T.T. His last album was titled Get Wild and was a western them,e so it was only fitting that his next album be themed as well. He threw his album launch party at Dream with Pacha for his newest album titled Mach. The theme of the party was car racing, reflecting the theme of the album. There were television screens everywhere with different shots of car engines and racing - it even went as far as the dancers sporting checkered-print leotards. The party was packed and everyone was having a blast. A good amount of people stayed until the very end, dancing their faces off until they shut Sharam at 5:30 a.m. (he did not look like he wanted to stop!). The morning after, my feet still throbbed from all of the dancing I did in 4” heels and I'm limping a bit, but it was totally worth it. In my opinion, Sharam's Mach album and party was Mach-nificant.
