We’ll be the first to say that Miami doesn’t get the best live music acts coming into town on a weekly basis. This could deal with the fact that we’re the last stop in South Florida before you get into the Keys, so we’re kind of out of the way. Basically, we’re no New York or L.A., but lately there’s been a resurgence of live music in the form of The Fillmore, and this year they already have some stellar bands lined up to perform there. This month it all starts with one of the best bands to come out of Chicago, Wilco.
On Monday, March 22nd, Wilco is set to perform at The Fillmore. After the release of their last album, The Album, they’ve been touring quite a bit and we’re definitely surprised to hear that they’ll be in town. Set to perform at The Fillmore this year are also the Arctic Monkeys, Black Keys, Of Montreal and Air.
