Tonight there is no better place to spend an enchanting evening of cocktail culture at its finest than at The Edison. The Radio Room at The Edison returns for another adventure in creative cocktail making with Joseph Brooke (formerly of Copa d'Oro) as the new director of spirits at The Edison.
Radio Room brings out the best in its visiting bartenders, so expect new creations mixed for this event as well signature cocktails from Erick Castro (Bourbon & Branch) and Brian Miller of New York's Death and Company (one of my favorites). Get sassy with a Miss Behavin’ cocktail (apple and bear brandies with champagne and citrus sugar) before enjoying freshly shucked oysters.
Live jazz from The Vagabond Opera and food from Chef Christophe Happillon round out this nightlife treat.
The evening starts at 8 p.m. and there is a $10 (well worth it) cover.
