It can be confusing to some Winter Music Conference newbies, but some clubs outside of Miami bring their infamous weekly parties to the city on this week and basically take over another club. Pacha Ibiza does it at The Shelborne, Circo Loco is doing it at Eden Roc, and now Pacha NYC has recently announced that they’ll be taking over Parkwest Nightclub for Winter Music Conference 2010. Parkwest hasn’t been open (except for some one off events) in quite some time, so it would be the best option for Pacha NYC. It also helps that the venue packs a Dynacord Cobra soundsystem, one of the most beloved system to audiophiles all around.
Expect names like Austin Leeds, Starkillers, Danny Tenaglia, Paco Osuna, Behouz and Oscar G. to have their turns behind the decks at Parkwest during this week. There’s even word that Will.i.am will be DJing as well. It’ll be nice for Parkwest to be open again because it’s definitely one of the top venues in Miami.
