Now that the old Blowfish has been closed for a few months, it is just about time that we finally find out what new haunt is taking over the space. Guy Starkman, Darren Dzienciol and Brent Bolthouse (maybe) have teamed up to open Trousdale.
The name itself is exclusive; Trousdale is an exclusive area of Beverly Hills, so expect a wait to get in before it even opens.
But we are getting ahead of ourselves. Right now the space is still under construction, with plywood being installed throughout. The opening date isn’t until March. There will be a rectangular bar and a DJ area on the opposite end of the room with a lounge area in the center. Like Voyeur, Trousdale will be open only three days a week - Tuesday, Friday and Saturday - and feature designer cocktails for the Hollywood elite. This seems to be the new Hyde, so keep coming back for all the details!
