Three partiers at the Hell's Kitchen nightclub were stabbed early Saturday morning, leaving one dead from the knife wounds. No details have been revealed about the cause of the fight but police believe the violence broke out on the sidewalk outside of the China Club at around closing time.
Police were called to the venue at around 4 a.m. and found a 23-year-old male who had been stabbed in the chest along with a second victom, another 23-year-old, who had been stabbed in the chest and the left hip, reported NY1. Both were rushed to St. Vincent's hospital where one of the men, identified as Kenyatta Cotterell, passed away from the wounds.
A third man was later found a few blocks away from the club with a similar wound to the chest. Police believe the attacker had fled the scene earlier and no weapon was found in or around the China Club. No arrests have been made.
