Top Places to Celebrate Your Birthday in Miami

While in other cities people like to pick restaurants and bars to celebrate their birthdays, in Miami it’s all about the nightclubs. Sure some locals like to opt for the local low-key hangouts, but we bet that there isn’t one individual who hasn’t spent at least one birthday at a club here. If you organize it properly it could be one hell of a night for you and friends, but the most important decision you have to make is where exactly to go. That’s why we’re here. Here’s a little list of the top places to celebrate your birthday in Miami.

Top Place to Celebrate Your Birthday in Miami: The Vagabond
30 NE 14th Street

Miami’s known to have a lot of attitude when it comes to nightlife. The doormen throughout the city are notorious for really giving the average Joe a tough time when it comes to the velvet rope, but there are also some places that really make you feel at home, from the moment you step up to the rope, until you close up your tab at the end of the night. The Vagabond is definitely one of those places, and for us it’s one of the top places to spend your birthday in Miami. The all-around staff is amazingly polite, the bar won’t set you back on your budget, and the aesthetics in the venue will make sure you know you’re at a one of a kind venue. Nuff’ said.

Top Place to Celebrate Your Birthday in Miami: Buck 15
707 Lincoln Lane

Considering to be the best ‘Plan B’ in South Beach, for us Buck 15 is actually more of a Plan A. Located in the attic just above Miss Yip on the infamous Lincoln Road, Buck 15 hosts daily parties that continually bring in new faces. It’s a small venue with modern décor, but here you won’t feel like you’re in South Beach, but more like an underground loft party in Brooklyn. If you’re looking for a place where it’ll be easy to get you and a big group of friends in, Buck 15 is it. There’s no dress code, no attitude at the door, and surprisingly the prices aren’t what you’d expect on Lincoln Road, making it one of the top places in Miami to celebrate your birthday.

Top Place to Celebrate Your Birthday in Miami: Mansion
1235 Washington Avenue

If there’s one club in Miami that everyone will tell you about, especially if you’re from out of town, it’s Mansion. This is the same place where names like Diddy, Paris and Lindsay love to come and throw featured parties. It’s the epitome of nightclub experiences, with go-go dancers hoisted up on platforms, super star DJs providing the sound on a weekly basis, and the company of A-list names throughout the venue, Mansion is definitely one of the top places to celebrate your birthday in Miami if you’re looking to have a memorable, yet expensive, night. You may want to coordinate with a promoter for access to this place, because you don’t want to be stuck in the line that forms outside each night.

Top Place to Celebrate Your Birthday in Miami: Space
34 NE 11th Street
If there’s one venue in Miami that has all of the respect in the world from us it has to be Club Space, one of the longest running nightclubs in the city, with one of the most incredible sound systems in North America. They’ve built their legendary status with unforgettable parties featuring the likes of Steve Lawler, Paul van Dyk, Erick Morillo and Deep Dish to name a few. If you’re a fan of electronic dance music, then this is the best place in Miami to celebrate your birthday. Every DJ that plays this place knows about its reputation, so they either bring their A-game or get slaughtered with an aftermath of bad results from the venue’s loyal fans.

Top Place to Celebrate Your Birthday in Miami: Club 50
485 Brickell Avenue
Sometimes it’s all about the location when you’re looking for a great place to spend your birthday party, and we don’t think that it gets any better than the lounge that offers the best view in Miami, Club 50. Located on the 50th floor of the Viceroy Hotel in downtown Miami, Club 50 offers views of South Beach, downtown Miami, Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove. The lounge itself isn’t that big, but it’ll offer you and your friends an intimate feel on a very special night for you.
