The last time we heard from Mariah Carey, other than a few tracks we heard during the many hip-hop weeklies we frequent, was when Eminem lashed out at her and her husband, Nick Cannon. However, she’s back in the news again, but this time around Slim Shady isn’t involved. Recently she announced her new tour, “Angels Advocate,” which kicks off on New Years Eve in Madison Square Garden and wraps things up in Las Vegas on February 27th. The singer hasn’t been on tour in three years, so don’t expect her to be in full-form again…at least for the first few shows. But we expect this to help her career out a bit since she hasn’t been back on top since the '90s.
