Las Vegas' Top Day-Drinking Bars

Las Vegas' Top Day-Drinking Bars

Grabbing a cocktail (or many) and day-drinking isn’t very taboo in Las Vegas, actually it seems to be the standard practice among visitors looking to have the wildest weekend of there lives!  And of course, here at Clubplanet, we enjoy waking up and grabbing a cocktail as much as the next enthusiastic tourist.  So, to make your day-drinking easier we compiled the best places to get your buzz from the minute you wake up until the time you take your disco nap.

Rehab Party – The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

The Rehab Sunday pool party at the Hard Rock is a wild poolside destination to get your day-drinking fix.  With 4.7 acres of pool area mayhem, bottle service and Rock Star Lemonades are in abundance at this famous sand-bottom pool, perfect for lying out and drinking up cocktail after cocktail.

Bare at The Mirage

If you are looking for a more low key pool to sip cocktails at after a loud night of Las Vegas brouhaha, Bare at The Mirage is for you.  With a luxurious vibe that promises poolside pampering, Bare is a great alternative to the Spring Break style parties that take over the other day drinking hotspots. Guests can drink European style (FYI – topless) on the daybeds or in the cabanas while enjoying iced towels, frozen fruit and icy popsicles.  Even more impressive, bottles service included specially made iced pitches that keep your drinks ice cold while you are warm in the sun.

Binion’s Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

While most day-drinking bars in Las Vegas provide alcohol and fun, very few give you the opportunity to guzzle down drinks while enjoying unobstructed sun (the more people around you means the more people to block said sun) and unobstructed views of the city. Fortunately, you have Binion’s offering you sun, day-drinking and killer view of Las Vegas, and of course a pool.  Located in downtown Las Vegas, where the real action happens, this pool takes day-drinking to new heights!

Mermaids Casino

When you want to take a break from the sun but don’t want to compromise fun (and don’t want to pay a fortune for it) Mermaids Casino on Freemont Street is heaven in the form of a casino.  Offering giant margaritas and super strong drinks for $3, no other bar/casino/strip club in Vegas can make you a better deal.  If you feel like gambling, don’t worry about losing money while you spend your day drinking and getting loose.  Mermaids has coin slots that take real quarters and perfect boozing food, deep-fried chocolate covered Twinkies and Oreos.  Ah, heaven. Who knew it came in such unlikely packages?

The Daiquiri Bar in front of Margaritaville a the Flamingo

You can drink at the main bar inside Margaritaville at the Flamingo, but the fun and sun are outside so stick with The Daiquiri Bar serving margaritas and mixed drinks fast. Guzzle a giant margarita before moving on to the hard stuff, tequila, tequila and more tequila with a splash of whatever daiquiri tickles your fancy (or your taste buds). Head inside to cool off and play some slots or just enjoy people watching outside. Either way, this is Las Vegas; there are crazies and scantily crowd ladies everywhere.
