Refund?
Has anyone actually received their refund yet? I submitted mine to Halloweenrefund@gmail.com with my attached tickets on Nov 9th and of course I haven't heard anything yet. The refund was supposed to come within a month. I'm still pissed about this.

Got Robbed
I was sold 9 tickets for $60 each by a promoter by the name of Eric Virgil for the halloween affair. When I called the promoter he had the nerve to try and tell me that all he could give me back was $20. I am going to try to sue . Stay Clear of this man

My friends and I were turned away as well. WE ARE EXPECTING A FULL REFUND AND WILL BE TAKING EVERY SINGLE STEP TO ENSURE OUR MONEY IS REFUNDED.

Please join us in phone calls, emails, and personal visits to Tavern, Good Life Group 36 W. 36th St., New York City 311, and media outlets in pursuit of the refunds.

THANK YOU!

Refund ASAP
Last night was completely unexceptable. I purchase my tickets from ClubAddict.com. I spoke to Dan Tang this afternoon who attempted to explain what had happend last night. He said he was 'working on getting refunds for the people who purchased tickets from him'. At the end of the day I don't care what happened. I expect to get my money back for something I didn't receive. It was a complete nut house and people were totally acting up and not making the situation any better. Those of us who paid good money to attend a fun party derserve an apology.

Absolutely Horrible and Extremely dangerous situation
Shame on the Promotion company and Tavern on the Green for creating a riotous environment which put everyone’s lives in danger.
We purchased 12 tickets for $60 a piece, waited for 3 hours outside in the rain along with a thousand other people and never got it. The crowd eventually became hostile and had to fight in order to get my party off the line. Whoever is responsible for this party, should be brought up on charges for putting thousands of lives in danger. Do these people not care for the safety of their patrons? We will demand our money back from EMRG Media (the promotion company which sold us the tickets). If a refund is not awarded, we will take legal actions. Perhaps even a class action lawsuit against EMRG media and Tavern on the Green for putting our lives in danger.

Disguisted
Never again! Thousands of people stuck standing outside. Doors locked at midnight, so the rest of us waiting to get in were stuck standing around not knowing what was going on. No organization what-so-ever. No one telling anyone where to go or what to do. The only time anyone showed up to get a handle on anything is when the pissed off crowd stormed the tents and "broke into" the party. NYPD and the FDNY showed up and shut everything down right after that. The friends of mine that actually made it in by midnight (after standing on line from 930) said they stopped serving alcohol at 1am an dthen people started stealing bottles. I can't believe Tavern even allowed the things that happened to go on
