With the old-school decor, Winston's gives you the feeling as though you’ve just traveled all the way back in time to the 1920's. The Edison fits the classification of a lounge more than a bar because of the classy atmosphere that surrounds you the minute you step inside. You’ll quickly notice that The Edison lacks the big Hollywood crowd and the LA attitudes. Because The Edison is a lounge and not a bar, you can expect a strict dress code. Collared shirts are required, and no tennis shoes allowed. The only setback to The Edison would be parking, but then again, where isn’t parking an issue in downtown Los Angeles.
