The young man who recently created a YouTube video stating to his fans that he “ain’t no monster,” was in court yesterday and in front of a judge who would probably disagreed with that statement. Chris Brown and the state of California have officially announced a last-minute plea deal in his felony charge stemming from the incident with his then girlfriend Rihanna.
Judge Patricia M. Schnegg sentenced the R&B crooner to 180 days of community labor to be served in his native state Virginia. Rihanna was in attendance and was expected to testify, however, things really didn’t get to that point. We won’t be seeing much of these two together in the spotlight at least for the next half-decade, seeing as Judge Schnegg also issued a five-year “stay away” order to Brown.
