The New York City Brunch fiasco is mounting, as 230 Fifth has recently opened for the weekend ritual. 230 Fifth’s open-air rooftop lounge will serve a Champagne Party Brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. And, folks, that is not all: the Party Brunch will be offered all year round. The rooftop will be heated during the winter months and of course, there is always the red fleece, snuggie-like robes to keep you extra cozy – if you dare.
The menu features a segment “for skinny people,” a money-back guarantee on the matzoh brei, and dishes made with produce from an on-site garden. This sounds oddly fascinating at best, but we remain entirely optimistic.
