Pete Wentz Spits on Photographer at His Birthday Bash

What better city to celebrate a birthday than in Las Vegas? It’s definitely the top choice for Americans, and it seems to be up there for celebrities as well. This past weekend Fall Out Boy’s bassist, Pete Wentz, celebrated his 30th birthday at the Bellagio’s Bank Nightclub with his leading lady, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, in hand. While the couple and some friends were enjoying the festivities at their table, a particular photographer in the club happened to set off the birthday boy.

Pete confronted the cameraman for unknown reasons and spat in his face. Club security then escorted the man out, and Wentz didn’t make a big deal about it, later heading over to the dance floor making sure to “tweet,” “I’m am the embodiment of Las Vegas right now, I have ‘reported’ to the dance floor.” Although his wife didn’t seem too happy, the night seemed to finish up as it started, without anymore spitting.
