Just when you thought that there were enough nightclubs in South Florida (blasphemy if you actually think that) another opens up shop tonight in Fort Lauderdale. If you’re a fan of South Beach and have been around for some time now then you should remember Crobar, the infamous nightclub that’s now Cameo. Well, the fine people at Crobar have decided to open up a new venue, Exit 66, just 30 minutes north of South Beach.
Clubplanet will definitely be on hand for the sneak preview before the hounds come in and drink up all the booze. So far, the two events occurring there this weekend, featuring DJs Joe Dert and Snezana, have the doors opening up at 9 p.m.! That’s insane. Who’s going to show up at 9 p.m. when everyone in South Florida knows that the party doesn’t start until around midnight!
