Isn’t it nice to have a new restaurant open in town? Sometimes you get a bit tired of having the same options over and over again, but once a new place comes into town, you quickly jump on it, and most of the time, if you do like it, somehow it becomes the new favorite. Well, that’s just what might happen in Vegas since last week was the official unveiling of Rare 120 Steaks & Cocktails at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
Here’s what the philosophy of this new steakhouse is shooting for; fresh and high-quality seasonal ingredients used to reinvent classic steakhouse dishes. Sounds pretty simple, but if this place is located inside of the Hard Rock Hotel, and not on some random road off of Route 66, then we’re pretty sure there’s more to the taste as well as the atmosphere. Our suggestions to you? Try the Argentinean grass fed ribeye, you’re in for a hell of a piece of cow with this one.
